our story.

Bicosm is a laboratory established in 2011, which produces products for skin and hair treatment. Biocosm is located in Albania and produces brands for various European countries such as Great Britain and Switzerland and now expanded to open in Dubai to cover the Middle East region.

Bicosm Laboratory was founded by biologist Nerta Tushe, who has 14 years of experience in creating organic cosmetics. The idea to create an organic laboratory came after many studies on the negative impact that chemicals have on our health, considering that a chemical only takes 8 seconds to penetrate human blood. Consequently, it brings a series of negative effects on the body. In these moments was thrown the first idea to create an organic line without side effects on human health, without silicone, without paraben, and not tested in animals.

The first organic line produced by biologist Nerta Tushe was called M&D, which bore the initials of her children. This shows that family and work had the same importance and commitment in her life.

The formulas of our laboratory, which we use and refer to, are organic and herbal based on active ingredients which are obtained from the largest laboratories in France, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Asia.

In 10 years of experience, we enjoy 15 successful collaborations such as M&D, Sila Beauty, Fatmarrela, Mimi Care, Essa Beauty, Kiki, Lada hair, Duende, Jona’s Bioenergy, All Shop, Ador, Gelin’s, Pristin, Juvenus, Dermalux, Anagen, Sienna and 630 formulas divided into categories: women, men and children for skin and hair treatment. In collaboration with our clients, we are open to creating innovative, unique, and organic-based formulas.
